We love our customers and appreciate every order from you so now it’s our time to give back to you. Our rewards scheme means you can now earn points  by referring friends, purchasing products through our website and even a birthday gift from us. You can then choose to use the points you’ve collected to get vouchers for money off your order and free delivery/gifts. Don’t forget, the more points you collect the more you will save on your next order. Oh, we almost forgot… you’ll also get monthly special promo codes delivered to your inbox. See we weren’t lying when we said it was worth it. 

If you haven’t already, you’ll need to create a Wigporium account using your name & email / phone number. Once the account is created you will automatically be enrolled and start earning points. 

You can earn points when referring friends, following us on our socials, leaving a review on your recent purchase and of course when you make a purchases. The full list of reward earners is listed above.

You can see your point balance when you login to your account. 

You’ll need to login to your account and head to My VIP or select *Redeem Points* at the checkout. You will see your points value & gift card value. You’ll simply need to click to activate the gift card in your account. You can then apply this at check out in the discount/Gift card box. 

There is no limit on the points you can earn. However you can only earn points for a maximum of 3 reviews on different products within each calendar month. 

Approved:

Your Wigporium points can be redeemed on a voucher immediately. 

Pending:

Your Wigporium points need to be verified before you can redeem. This typically applies to purchases and referrals.

Cancelled: 

Your Wigporium points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase, the points will change from pending to cancelled. 

Any points earned through refer a friend will show as pending until the returns cut off date. If an order is returned back to us or cancelled, your points will show as cancelled and then removed from you account. 

You points will be cancelled if you or your referred friend cancels or returns an order or if a purchase has not been made within a 12 month period and therefore your points have expired. 

To earn points while getting all the latest tea from Wigporium on social, you've just got to follow these easy steps. Simply log into your account and click My VIP. Once there, click on any of our social media pages you wish to follow, login to that platform and like/follow/subscribe and your points will follow.

Send your hair back to us using the process for hair recycling (click here) and we'll credit your account. If you don't have your points within 1 week after us receiving your hair, contact us and we'll be happy to look into it for you.
