Shipping policy

UK Standard Delivery – 99p (FREE on orders over £25)

Deliveries take 3-5 working days and are delivered between 8am – 9pm (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

UK Next Working Day – £4.95 (FREE on orders over £100)

Deliveries placed by 5pm will delivered between 8am – 9pm the next working day (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

UK Saturday Delivery – £5.95

Deliveries placed by 3pm Friday will be delivered between 8am – 9pm on Saturday (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

International Delivery – from £9.95

For all European countries and Rest of World.

Deliveries placed by 3pm take 11 working days (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).

All customs or import duties due are charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Paypal / Klarna

Orders placed using the PayPal/Klarna services are subject to a review and payment could be held by the processor for up to 10 working days. We will always endeavour to meet the chosen delivery service, but cannot guarantee the chosen service when these providers are used. 

What if my parcel is lost/damaged?

On the very rare occasion that delivery is lost or damaged, please contact us and let us know! We'll lodge a complaint with our delivery partner who will investigate, and we'll get a new item out to you as soon as possible.

Please note: For delayed/lost deliveries, we are unable to  send out any replacement goods until the original parcel has been confirmed as lost in transit (usually after 10 working days). We will require a lost parcel declaration to be signed and submitted to ActionFraud (a police database).

What if I'm not home?

If you are not home to take delivery of your product, a delivery card will be left with further instructions. We ask our couriers not to leave items safe due to the high value. 

Do you deliver on weekends?

We do not process orders on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, so any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched for delivery by Tuesday.
