Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may register your refund by clicking onto our Returns Portal and entering your details.

Please note that we deduct £3.95 from refunds when returning an order using our return label service. All refunds will also be minus any original delivery cost - if delivery cost was free, the price of the equivalent method will be deducted. 


Due to hygiene reasons all hair arrives in heat-sealed packaging and once broken, cannot be refunded unless you have received a damaged or faulty item. All packaging is transparent to allow you to check the colour/length before opening.  

The product MUST BE returned in the original packaging, unworn and with the heat-seal strip intact. 

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us, attaching a photo of the problem. We will review and take necessary steps to inspect and refund/replace.


We do not offer exchanges on products and ask that you place a new order while awaiting your refund. 


Our refunds policy does not affect your Statutory Rights. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us with photos and a description of the damage and we will be more than happy to look into the problem and find a reasonable solution (refund and/or replacement).


When refunding your order, any free gifts/items you have received with the order MUST be included in the refunded packaging. Failure to include free items will result in the free item cost being deducted from your total refund amount.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
