Thank you for shopping at Wigporium! All hair is considered a personal hygiene item and as such has regulations surrounding refunds to protect every customers health.
Due to hygiene reasons all hair arrives with hygiene stickers attached and once broken, cannot be refunded unless you have received a damaged or faulty item. All packaging is transparent to allow you to check the colour/length before opening.
Should you wish to return your hair, we are happy to refund your purchase within 14 days. The product MUST BE returned in the original packaging, unworn and with the hygiene sticker sealed and intact.
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us, attaching a photo of the problem. We will review and take necessary steps to inspect and refund/replace.
If you do wish to return your items, please package them up with your original order note and send to:

We recommend sending your item via a tracked service (such as special delivery) in order to guarantee your return arrives at our warehouse.
We do not offer exchanges on products and ask that you place a new order while awaiting your refund.
Our refunds policy does not affect your Statutory Rights. If you have received a damaged or faulty item, please contact us with photos and a description of the damage and we will be more than happy to look into the problem and find a reasonable solution (refund and/or replacement).
When refunding your order, any free gifts/items you have received with the order MUST be included in the refunded packaging. Failure to include free items will result in the free item cost being deducted from your total refund amount.
We know getting the right colour for your hair is the most frustrating thing. To ensure you get the correct colour, we offer a free colour matching service, hair colour samples, and hair colour rings to ensure you get the perfect colour match every time.
