Unfortunately, due to the speed of processing your order, you cannot amend or cancel your order once it has been placed. For any changes to your order, you will need to wait for your purchase to arrive and arrange a return.

Our RealFeel extensions are made to last, however, this will vary from person to person, the care they receive and how much you use them. If they are stored in our HairCase and you follow the care instructions carefully, and wear them for weekends and occasions, your RealFeel extensions should last anywhere from 6-months to a year.

Short answer – no. We don’t recommend applying any sort of dye or toner to your synthetic/RealFeel extensions as they are both made from a synthetic fibre and this could damage the hair. If you’re looking for the right shade, we’d recommend using our Colour Match process for the perfect match.

Yes! All of our synthetic and RealFeel hair extensions are suitable for heat upto 180°C. This means you can achieve your perfect look using straighteners/curlers/curling wands/wavers. We recommend allowing your hair to dry naturally, however, you can use a blow dryer if you’re in a hurry.

Yes! All of our extensions have a natural finish to them and come in a variety of shades to match your natural hair colour. However, all of our RealFeel extensions are available in separate highlighted shades for the perfect match.

All of our Instant Locks are one-piece clip in extensions that are designed to be thick and full, so just one set should be enough!

There are several things you can do to look after your extensions, including:

detangling

ensure that you detangle the hair after use by brushing with a detangling brush. this helps to avoid knots and removes any dirt or product build up.

washing

wash your extensions gently with extension safe shampoo & conditioner. do not rub – gently run your fingers through and fully rinse, ensuring that no product remains.

drying

where possible, allow your extensions to dry naturally to maximise their lifespan.

styling

use a bristle brush, detangling brush or wide tooth comb. heat safe to 180°C for heated tools.

store

store in a haircase & hanger or silk bag

Our human hair extensions are made to last, however, this will vary from person to person and the care they receive. Our Double Opulence clip in extensions and Signature professional extensions are designed to last upto a year, as long as they are well maintained following our hair care guidance and using our hair care products and clips ins are kept in your free HairCase.

Short answer – yes. Your human hair extensions are 100% remy high quality human hair and can be dyed/toned/shampooed to get the right colour for you, just as you would your normal hair. If doing so, we recommend asking your hairdresser or salon professional to do this for you. 

Note: By dying your hair extensions, you waive all rights to returns and Wigporium will not hold any liability for the results.

before washing your extensions, ensure that you detangle the hair by brushing with a detangling brush. this helps to avoid knots and removes any dirt or product build up.

washing

it’s essential that you use the correct shampoo and conditioner. we recommend using extension safe products that are sulphate & alcohol free. when washing hair, do not rub – gently run your fingers through and fully rinse, ensuring that no product remains.

brushing

when brushing, it’s vital you use the correct brushes to avoid breakages and damage. incorrect brushes can cause tugging on the weft, leading to thinning and loss of hair. we recommend using a bristle brush, as they glide over the strands safely without tugging or causing damage.

styling

when styling and using heat on your extensions you must always try to minimise any damage. we’d recommend investing in some extension heat protection & temperature-controlled heat-tools to protect hair health & colour.

nourishing

it’s important to remember that extensions don’t get the same natural goodness as your hair. we’d recommend replacing those natural oils by using Argan Oil – best known for its nourishing properties – on the extensions to keep them healthy and luscious-looking for longer.

sun/uv rays

please remember, when living your best life in the sun – whether in the UK or abroad – you need to give your extensions a little more love and care, so they can live their best life too! UVA rays can fade your hair colour, leaving it dull and broken, so don’t forget those oils!

There are several accessories you can use to make your hair last longer and boost your luscious locks. We recommend taking a look at our Hair Essentials for the best products. For human hair, we recommend our Anti-Static Vented Bristle Brush as your go to brush to prevent breakages and boost your hair shine.

This one is definitely worth checking with your extensionist/hairdresser for the right fit for you, however, we recommend that you don’t go any longer than 6″ past your natural hair length. This will help to achieve the perfect blend.

 

This is totally dependent on your hair type/thickness/length and the overall look you want to achieve. We recommend somewhere between 2-3 packs as on average, that will be the right match for most customers, however, it’s worth discussing with your extensionist/hairdresser who will be able to advise on the best amount for your look.

Yes! All of our hair is available worldwide and prices for international delivery can be found on our delivery information page.

All of our courier partners are operating a COVID-secure contact free delivery, so you will need to be home to receive your parcel at a safe distance. Our courier partners are not able to leave your parcel in a ‘safe place’ other than if the parcel is small enough to fit through your letter box. Any instruction to leave the parcel in a safe place between yourself and the courier will result in Wigporium no longer being liable for loss or damage. If you are not home and the courier cannot put the parcel through your letterbox, they will attempt another two times to deliver the parcel before returning it to our warehouse. 

We’re so sorry that you haven’t yet received your order. We’d first advise checking that our courier hasn’t left it with your neighbour. If you still cannot locate the parcel, please contact our team and we will raise an investigation with the courier partner and locate your parcel. All claims for missing parcels are logged with our partners and the ActionFraud police database to prevent fraudulent missing parcel claims and to share information with other e-commerce businesses.

Some items/shades on our website have a longer delivery than others due to sustainability reasons. Any items that is available for Next Day Delivery will be marked as such on the product page.

Of course! All orders can be returned in line with our Returns Policy within 14 days of purchase (or longer where faulty). As our products are considered a ‘hygiene item’, we will not return any item where the hygiene sticker has been tampered/removed.

We’re so sorry about that. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our team and we’ll be in touch with the returns next steps.

Unfortunately we do not offer an exchanges system as it is quicker and easier for you to Return your order and purchase a new order.

We aim to process all returns within 5 working days and any refunded amount should be within your bank/payment method within 5-7 working days (depending on your bank). We will keep you updated on any returns via email.
